Banner Exchange Policies & Guidelines
In keeping with the original spirit of the Internet, we exchange banners
with several sites. We however are not obligated to exchange banners
and reserve the right to decline any banner exchange request.
A banner exchange is an arrangement between two websites where a banner
image for one website is displayed on the other website and vice a versa.
The purpose of doing this is to make visitors of other websites aware
of your own website and improve link ratio popularity in search engine
rankings. Essentially it's done to increase traffic to your website.
If we exchange banners with you, we'll place your banner in our random
banner generator on the bottom of all of our pages. Our pages are vertically
short and so, your banner will enjoy good visibility by our visitors.
You must provide us with your banner image which must be either a jpg
or gif graphic with dimensions 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels in height.
If we exchange banners with you, we ask that you place our banner on
pages frequently viewed by your visitors in a position clearly visible
to them. Our banner must be set to send clicks to http://www.kadooment.com
In order for us to consider exchanging banners with your website, your
website must:
- NOT include, be associated with, support, promote or be otherwise
related to pornography, spam, racial or offensive material.
- NOT contain, support or promote and product, service, activity or
entity that violate any laws or regulations of the Barbados government
or any other applicable government.
- NOT Defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal
rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- Publish, post, distribute, disseminate or link to any:
inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, adult content,
nude, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
- Link to any sites for marketing, sales or distribution of: firearms,
explosives, ammunition, liquor, tobacco products, food that is not
packaged or does not comply with all applicable laws for sale to consumers
by commercial merchants, pharmaceuticals and controlled substances,
counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods, fraudulent goods, any goods
or services that infringe or otherwise violate a third party's rights,
registered or unregistered securities, goods or services that you
cannot legally sell.
- Harvest or otherwise collect information about third parties, including
e-mail addresses, without the express consent of such third parties.
Note: Because the Banner Exchange is a free and random advertising
service, we are not under any obligation to provide statistics on impressions
or click-throughs. Please visit our main advertising page if you require
a service that provides details on your banner performance. We reserve
the right to remove your banner ad and web site from the service, at
any time, without notice, for a violation of these guidelines or for
any other reason.
We periodically visit the websites with which we have exchanged banners.
Should we find that our banner is not in an appropriate position or
your website has violated any of the above guidelines, we may remove
your banner from our site without notice.
